Why do I get distortion on playback of my Audio cleaning lab 10 Deluxe with my new Windows 7 PC

The sound is distorted as if it is out of phase i.e. the sound appears to wash in and out and or swirls around. It occurs on playback only. I am operating Windows 7 on a x64 based PC with an i7 processor. The software is Audio cleaning lab 10 Deluxe.

I am not sure version 10 of any of the MAGIX software are Windows 7 compatible, the architecture that those programs where written were only for the operating systems of the time. I know it was not working well with 64 bit systems, but I don't have this software anymore... at least not version 10.

I am afraid that the life of the version 10 titles expired unless your still using a OS that is supported by the software.

Hi

Check the settings in your sound card manager, it may be you are overloading the audio card or you have some effect turned on.
