Why can't Magic Music Maker read instrument files?

I have recently installed Magix Music maker 16 download version plus the free soundpool, and four content options. When I try to drag most instruments into the mixer I get a message " File format cannot be read by Magix Music Maker. Please ensure that the affected drive is not full or write protected." The files are on my C drive which has 128gigs free and is not write protected.

Try to fist clear the soundpool by going to settings and click reset in the options

then try to re-add using the "ADD Styles" button and see if that fixes it

Location for most setups for 16 is below
C:\Program Files\MAGIX\MusicMaker16Premium_Download_Version\basic_16
