Why can't I tranfer my VHS to PC?

I'm using Magix Video easy to transfer VHS to PC but although I can see the film transfering when I stop the transferation nothing is there.

It might be that you have stopped the transfer (usually a square icon) but have failed to click on 'OK' to complete the transfer.
