Why can't I see anything in my Design Gallery?

I'm new to this - just purchased Web Designer 10 Premium (XL package) - I'm running through the online tutorials, but under Page Elements and Widgets...nothing opens. The folders are BLUE (which I guess are the free ones???)...I click on the folders, and nothing comes up. Is this because I'm using a website template?

Any help will be appreciated - I'm a newbie.

PS: I'm trying to add a photo slideshow to one of my pages.

Hi,

There may be more to download. Look under the Help menu. Do you see anything that says "Downlad Content Installer" or something like that? If so and you did not do it, do it now.

Here is what I see in Xara DPX11.

Why did you purchase version 10 and not 11?

I did download the Content Installer, but to no avail.

I purchased Designer 10 because I saw a Magix "deal"...wasn't aware there was an 11.

Maybe if I reboot?

Thanks John - I received this response from Xara Support, and it fixed my problem:

Can you try going to "More" at the top of the designs gallery and then go to "Empty Designs Cache", then close Xara down, re-open, allow the DG to update and see if your folders are restored?
