Why can't I export movies on Movie Edit Pro 17 Plus HD

Hi. I'm on a windows XP. Everytime I try to export ... to the internet, to my computer. It just freezes. Can somebody help?

Can you go into a little more detail?

Where on the Internet are you trying to export?

Can you export to your hard drive, or does that also freeze?

What are the technical specifications of the computer you are using?

Mine does the exact same thing. I have Window XP as well using MEP 17 Plus. Everytime I export as a wmp or MPEG file to either my computer or internet (youtube) it freezes right after. There is no error message, it just stops working, so I terminate the program with task manager. However when I check if the file has been exported, only like 7 seconds of that 3 minute video works. Somebody please help!
