Hi

Make sure you have uninstalled the MEP program then download the cleaner tool from here

http://support2.magix.com/customer/en/download/tools

and run it.  Then reinstall

@John

What is a MEP program, and how do I uninstall it?

johnebaker wrote on 1/29/2012, 5:45 AM

Hi

MEP = Movie Edit Pro

To uninstall the program click the Start button, select Programs or All Programs, Magix, Movie Edit Pro xxxx, Service and Support, Uninstall Magix Movie Edit Pro xxxx.

Then run the cleanup tool.  Restart your computer and then reinstall the full version.

Note xxxx = the version of MEP you installed as a demo.

HTH
