If I log into my Magix account and try to contact technical support, my trial products are not listed and I cannot access suppport via my 'old' full versions.
Trial versions are shown on another part of the site, but are not configured to initiate access to support.
What is the best way to contact support under such conditions please?
This is a user-to-user area so I don't think any of us will know why Trials are not included, or if they are supported. There is a sales number I am sure they can assist you with answers. 1 (305) 722-5810
