why are a few photos or video clips upside down and how to flip

for some reason MEP wants to flip a few of my videos or Photos upside down and i cant figure out how to fix them

Without knowing the source of the videos we can only guess what is causing the problem.

An educated guess would be that they were taken with a Smartphone and it was 'upside down' when some of the video/images were taken.

To rotate them back use Effects, View/animation. Rotation.
