why am I getting an error code -24 when all the details OK

when I try to access the software I get error code -24 yet all my details are correct, I am fed up with being bombarded with details of new products when I cannot access the one I have

See this support article - something is not right with the email address you are using to register with.

Check the Windows Apps to see if Magix Cloud is installed - if it is uninstall it.
