If you want to create music for commercial use, using any of the Soundpools, please see this article and this comment.
Thanks.
Assuming you are using the latest version Music Maker you can purchase additional soundpools, instruments and effects in the Store tab in the program.
If you're new to music making, i would suggest loops loops loops. Work with loops and soundpools to get a feel for music arrangement. YOu can transition into MIDI, hardware and vst instruments incrementally, but loops will have you making completed songs in a very short amount of time. Soundpools are a bit more advanced than plain loops, using phrases in different keys, so it plays like an instrument.
https://www.magix.com/us/soundpools/ you can hear demos for any soundpool available, actual songs from the soundpools. Keep in mind that audio and music making is a massive rabbit hole, so it's best to start out simple.. music maker is free, and there are lots of other free resources scattered across the web.. probably too many to be honest. Ultimately, you have to go with what encourages you to produce, so soundpools/acid loops are a great introduction
