I cannot find the loops that came with the trial version. I followed the path suggested in the help documents: c - users - public - public documents. The file is empty.

Since all Magix trial versions are in some way limited as compared with the purchased version, I suspect the loops become available to download only once the app is purchased.
Though I could well be wrong about this...!
