Where is the v8 upgrade?!?!

Is there any way I can get information on the promised v8 upgrade before I file a chargeback with my bank and dump Samplitude Suite for good?
 

Amazing the boatload of spam I get from Magix daily yet I can’t get info on a product I purchased.
