Where is the support of Vegas Pro POST? My copy of IMAGE will not open

Where is the support of Vegas Pro POST? My copy of IMAGE will not open and has a "CPU Error" message?? What does that mean and how do I fix it?? I am in the middle of a time critical project and now at a dead strop!!!! I need SUPPORT ASAP!!!!
