Where is the online help that the tutorial talks about?

I've just bought Soundforge Pro and I'm running through the tutorial, but it keeps saying "click here to open the sound forge pro online help" and when I click on the link, nothing happens. I have tried searching the Magix website and doing a ton of googling, but I can't find the online help they are talking about.

Is there any online help? Where is it?

Maybe this is it:

If you're looking for something like live chat with Magix reps, I suspect you're out of luck.

Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge forum @claresudbery

This forum is likely your best and fastest source for on-line help with Sound Forge Pro (read the sticky for the information needed to help you)

You can though send a Magix tech support request, however responses may take a few days.

Forum moderators are not Magix employees and do not have access to serial number, registration data and such, those type queries should be directed to the Magix Customer Service Sales Team.

The Magix Service Center is good source for your products' serial numbers, registration info, deactivation, product installer downloads and user manuals. Keep track of the email address you used to register SF and the password of course

Thank you. Sadly that's not it.

And no, it's ok, I'm not looking for live chat. The tutorial I'm talking about is a walkthrough of all the different screens. It's quite an old-style UI, and I suspect it's trying to link to an old-fashioned help file of a type that doesn't exist so much any more. I'm guessing there was once a help file for Sound Forge Pro which was hosted on a website somewhere. I'm hoping it still exists, given that it's linked to from a current UI, but I suspect it might be long dead.

Ah thank you, yes, I was able to find something called "Instructions" which is a user manual and probably the thing that was once hosted online but is no more.

Try this:

It was in the email I got from Magix with my serial number, etc..
