Where is the Monitor Button in Music Studio 14?

Music Studio 14 tutorial says "Click on the Monitor Button". But I cannot find it. There is a speaker like button for each track, but none of these make the Record parameter dialogue box appear.

The little speaker icon on each track is the monitoring button. However, it's not designed to make the recording parameters dialog appear. For this, you would have to click on the little square in the upper right-hand corner of the record button in Music Studio's transport control (or press Shift + R on the keyboard).
