Dumb question but... looking for a 30-day trial of Sound Forge, I could only find one version, a WinDoze .exe application... I see that most of the other products have a download link for Mac and PC. What happened to SForge for Mac??
Thanks for that advice. Seems like Magix has really screwed up their acquisition of Sony products. For one thing, WTH do I need to go to a "Vegas" forum to fin out about SoundForge? And on that forum, I see a lot of messages about SForge and other products are having lots of reliability problems.
Thanks for saving me a lot of $$$ ... I was considering buying SoundForge and SpectralLayers, but unless Magix fixes the problems and gets the word out about them, no sale... there are quite a few competitive Mac rpoducts out there... does anybody from Magix want to clarify?
. . . . For one thing, WTH do I need to go to a "Vegas" forum to fin out about SoundForge? . . . .
The Vegas Creative Software forum is relatively new and as it matures specific forums for the different products acquired from Sony are sure to appear.
As an ex Vegas Pro user I think using the word Vegas maintains a familiarity for users of the ex Sony products and enables quick recognition of the particular brand line.
