I purchased Samplitude Pro x7 Suite (US) upgrade on 09.05.22, however it is not listed in My Products. The Invoice# is Removed by Moderator and other than the email received there appears to be no record of the purchase. I do own Samplitude Pro x5, by the way, which is in my Product List. The link and serial number where supposed to have been sent to me when x7 was released in May. It's now mid July. What's going on?
