Could I please get tracking info for my order?. Normally I wouldn't just post this to a forum but since there's no email address for customer service I'm assuming this is my only option.

Please note this is a public user to user forum, not Magix Support - never post order numbers, I have removed it from your post, or other personal information in the forum.
Assuming you ordered online direct from Magix, you should have received an email confirmation, with your serial number(s) and a download link for the program. Check it is not in your Spam folder - they sometimes end up there.
