@Gary-Sweeney

Hi

. . . . I was told to go into the effects-audio-audio effects . . .

That is not the correction location, it is one level too deep for Text to speech.

It is in Effects, Audio and is labelled Generate speech from text.

Please do not type in all capitals (title of topic) this is considered as shouting and is not good forum etiquette.

Thank you I will try that. And accept my apologies for the unintended shout. Perhaps I have learnt two things here.

Hi John EB, I have tried all the you recommended. I went into effects,audio but on the drop down list there is no field to chose the generate text from speech. I am so confused. I updated my Music Maker not even one hour ago. I hate to be a nuisance and bare with me please I am new to this forum. I appreciate your help and understanding.

Hi

Which version of Music Maker are you running - Free, Plus or Premium?

The "text to speech" function, along with a few other useful features, is part of the "Creative Suite" feature pack in Music Maker's in-app store system. So, whether your spend a Plus/Premium feature credit on this pack, or whether you purchase it from the free version for real currency, you will need to own this item in order to be able to use find and use the "text to speech" feature in the program.

Cheers!
