Where did loops unlimited go?

SuperSonic wrote on 11/8/2020, 3:49 PM

So i had loops unlimited a while back and had to cancel it due to some things going on in my life. I decided i was gonna get back into music making today and went to re-subscribe to loops unlimited, but for some reason, its not there. The big button is there, but when i click on it, i just get the message "There are no items that match your search." Any ideas as to why this is happening?

@SuperSonic

Hi

Did you try logging out of the store, restart Music Maker and log back in again?

No issue with going to purchase Loops Unlimited here.

@SuperSonic

The problem should be fixed. See this from Magix.

I tried all of that. Nothing brings it back. The option in the news panel shows up, but when I click it, it says "no matching results available. Clicking on the icon in the downloads panel does the same thing. Not sure why its giving me trouble. Never had any issues getting it before. Now, however, it seems like there isn't even a way for me to subscribe to it. Weird!

Another strange thing is that when i am logged out of the store, it looks like i am able to purchase it, until i log back into the store. When I log back in, the option vanishes.

I was able to get it purchased after installing the 64 bit version, so now it seems to be working. I havent gone through many pools to see if they are working correctly, but at least the subscription is now active for the program. I will report back should any issues arise. Thanks for the feedback, guys. As always, I appreciate the time!

Just curious, tho. Does the unlimited subscription still work with the 2021 edition? And to follow up, most of the soundpools that i have pulled up after purchasing the subscription are working right. Ive only come across one, which was a regga one, that threw errors.

In the Program Settings, did you click on Clean up Store?
