Hi

Which version of Music Maker do you have - see this topic for details of what is required and how to find them, putting the information in your signature will help.

If you have the free version of MMM then you need to purchase the Plus or Premium version - this will work out cheaper in the long run than buying effects etc piecemeal.

Hi Thank you john

I have MMM 2019 Premium edition but I am unsure if these extra options are available on premium ? or do I have to purchase separately, I don't mind buying them just don't no what feature this would come under?

Hi

. . . . MMM 2019 Premium edition . . . .

Assuming you have downloaded and installed all the extras then you have Automation activated.

At object level Automation only works on audio objects - not MIDI which have their own method in the MIDI Editor. Select the audio object and the functions become available.

At track level select the FX button, and the desired automation effect on the track - the automation line will appear to add a node double click when the black arrow pointer appears, and drag them to the desired level as shown in the clip below.

Single object automation follows the same principles of setting nodes and adjusting - there is a Mouse Automation mode however it does behave differently and is, IMHO, more difficult to control.
