Where can I see license conditions(whether non-commercial or royalty free) of my soundpools I already have which downloaded via in-program store(Music Maker)?
When I search that soundpools in the store again, I can only see "acquired" mark and it doesn't seem to show which license I got. (and cannot upgrade to royalty-free ver. on there)
And one more; which license condition the "Music Maker-Feel good" have?

All Soundpools that come with the program are for private use only, ie they cannot be used for any purpose that generates income for which you would have to purchase the appropriate commercial licence for every Soundpool used.

As you can see(and you surely know already), on this in-program store I can purchase two type of license ; (ex1) Non-commercial / (ex2) commercial(royalty free).
I want to separate my source by license type not to violate copyright law during work, but your program doesn't seem to provide that information clearly. When I re-find that purchased item, I can only see same icons below;
(ex3) non-commercial /soundpool
(ex4) commercial(royalty free) /instrument
WHAT I WANT TO KNOW is, (1) do your program have function which supports to mention for user which purchased item have which license type on program directly, and (2) can I RE-PURCHASE to upgrade license condition ON THIS STORE (because I cannot find way to do this yet)
especially regarding (1), I have to know if you don't provide that kind of function, it means I have to write down all source's license condition MANUALLY, and UNCOMFORTABLY, and it cause me to hesitate purchase your music source more.

You're comparing soundpools to instruments here. The software instruments are basically, by design, always fit for commercial use, as long as you're using those instrument preset sounds to compose your own original content. This is part of the reason why they are now marked as commercial licenses in the in-app store purchase process. There are no other, non-commercial options for the same software instruments. So, the question whether an instrument is licensed for commercial use or not doesn't really come up.
I suppose the more interesting question to ask would be: How do you distinguish between soundpools that are licensed for non-commercial use and the ones for which you own the commercial license through the in-app store? This would indeed not be displayed to you within the Music Maker soundpool manager or in the store section, as far as I can see. So, if you need to verify this information, you'd need to do so either by referencing the in-app store order confirmation e-mails that you get after each Music Maker in-app store purchase, or by logging into Producer Planet (http://producerplanet.com) with your MAGIX account and looking up the details for each soundpool purchase in your list of purchased content.

I think I did fail to get my questioning point across in my poor English.
(a); I didn't comparing soundpools and instruments.
I just wanted to explain I could found only that "acquired" icon to notice my license condition (in program),
and wanted to tell that icons' shapes are same and cannot figure out specific license(N-c/C) with that Icons.
(b) regarding this, I really appreciate your kind correction and answer. It is exactly what I wanted to ask;

but I have still remaining question (question(2));
I got some soundpools via in-program store(and mostly got with vouchers);
I acknowledged (and already saw when I get those) their license conditions are Non-commercial.
and I want to change some soundpool's codition ; to commercial
It means I have to pay again via store, and surely I want to.
...
and I can't because I cannot find purchase Icon on soundpools which I already "acquired(on non-commercial condition)", and that icon changed "go to loops" like below;
(i) changed
(ii) icon of non-purchased items
Glad to hear it seems I was able to help for the most part so far.
For soundpools that you already obtained the non-commercial license of and that therefore appear as "acquired" in Music Maker, you'd definitely need to go through Producer Planet to obtain the commercial license as well. It couldn't be done through Music Maker using the same account.
On Producer Planet, you would be able to find the same soundpool via the search function or via your "My Products" list there. In the info page for that item, you'd then be able to choose between the non-commercial option (which should confirm that you already own this item), and the commercial one (which would still show a price and purchase option).
