I recall other instances with the Sony record player / AS-9. Tech support is not available for Sony Creative Software (SCS) products but you can try contacting the Magix customer service sales team about an activation issue. Be aware Magix Software Gmb acquired Sound Forge, Vegas and Acid from SCS in 2016.
