WHere can I download my free Soundpool DVD?

I just just bought MMM16 download with a free soundpool collection DVD 16 but there has been no mention of the dvd since I paid my money. How do I find it?

Well its now Febuary 10 and I STILL havent recieved it (Thats over 2 months!!!). MAGIX where is my DVD?!!!!
