Where are the colours?

Just installed Rescue Your Videotapes (latest version) on my Win10 (x64) PC. Imported a testvideo via the USB dongle. Video looked - and sounded! - OK, apart for one thing: The colours were gone?

Any ideas???

This usually occurs when you have the import settings incorrect such that you are trying to import NTSC into PAL or vice versa.

Ensure that the NTSC / PAL import settings match that of the video being captured.
