It would have been helpful if you told us you were talking about MM-16 from the beginning.
I don't own MM-16, but my guess is that the MM-16 Premium downlaod version suffers from many of the same glitches as the MM-15 Premium download.
These issue are already well documented in the forum, so I am not going to waste my time repeating them. You should be perfectly capable of looking them up on your own.
If MAGIX expects us users to continue troubleshooting their software for them and serve as their "tech support", the least they can do is send us a free DVD of the Premium version.
I have found that my MM16 worked much better after I uninstalled MM15. There seems to be some conflict with the sound files from both programs. Uninstall everything (make backups of your own music) Install MM16 and purge the soundpool files. (File, Settings, Program settings, reset soundpool) uncheck the box below that so you get a clean install. Then add soundpool files from the "add styles section.
