This is regarding Xara Designer Pro Version 18 and an update done just now to Version 18.5.####.
I am using a PC with Windows 64-bit. Before the update the software was working perfectly.
My only problem is that after the update was completed to Version 18.5.### I am requested to register the software, I get an error that states "This software has already been registered to a different email address". I believe it also said "Error: -14".
I tried changing the email address to another email address I often use and I still get the same error message.
The Serial Number I insert is perfectly OK. My subscription to Xara Designer Pro is active and doesn't expire until 2022.
There is a glitch in the Magix registration process because I seem to remember also having this problem during the last update, but I can't remember how it was solved.
I would certainly appreciate help from the Magix team. For example, what is the email address that I should be using? Or what can I do to verify the email address I should be using.
