when playing dvd back on dvd player, the voice doesnt go with the lips moving..

Hi

First - please do not type in capitals - it is considered as shouting on forums.

Second - please read this post and come back with more information about the problem - in particular the video file types being imported.  Use MediaInfo to analyse a video clip and post the results here
