I assume you mean you can hear any sounds eg talking, computer sounds and background room noise - in which case I suspect this is actually a MAC issue.

Without more information I suspect the internal microphone on the MAC is turned on and it is picking up and mixing the background noise etc with the audio from Audio Cleaner Pro, if so then you need to either change the MAC audio mixer settings to reduce the volume of the microphone or turn it off.
