Hi ,

how do you tell what version you are running as on the site there are 3 different types ,

Music Maker
(FREE)

Music Maker
PLUS EDITION

Music Maker
PREMIUM EDITION

I can see anywhere on the App that says what edition out of them 3 I Have.

Also I have ACID Music Studio 11 which came with 6-8 VST plugins including pop drums etc , but for some reason its locked

within the Music Maker Program and can only use it within , Acid Music Studio any help would be much appreciated

thanks

Jordan

@Jordan-d

I had better copy this somewhere for future use because I've answered this a dozen times.

There is only one version of Music Maker 2021 and it's FREE. Just download the free version.

When you purchase Plus or Premium you get an activation code to use in Music Maker (the free version) that will get you access to some features, presets, instruments and Soundpools. See the comparison table.

Some of what you get is automatic, the rest is via credits that you can use to select what you want to "purchase" for the Store within MM2021. The most efficient way is to get Plus or Premium (presently quite expensive for new), as buying piecemeal can get very expensive very quickly. You will see the Credits show up in the Store at the bottom of each screen.

Choose carefully as purchases cannot be undone.

I suggest that you play around with the free version first before purchasing anything. Also, check out the current HumbleBundle as it has some vouchers that can be used.

As for the actual version, after updating to the latest patch, you can see this under Help, About. The current version for MM2021 is 29.0.2.17.
