What to do if I have two accounts

I've found that I have two Magix accounts under different email addresses. My main account has the majority of my software registered. My other account has two or three applications registered. I need to delete this account because the alternate email address will soon be unavailable. How can I get my registration details transferred to my main account?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Send an email to infoservice@magix.net and ask Support to merge the 2 accounts into the one you want to use.

That email address you were given is for Magix Customer Service, who are the only people who can merge your account details and close the unwanted account. So yes, someone will be able to merge the two accounts.
