What programs/products can I use to monetize without additional costs?

Hi, I'm fairly new to the world of DAWS, VST's, Midi, presets and plugins, however, I play some guitar and keyboard and am a quick learner with computer software in general, as long as it's not overly complicated.. I'm interested in purchasing a music software production program with a variety of instrument, loops, sounds and content, maybe Acid Pro 10 Suite? Before I purchase anything, I need to know which products will work for what I need to do. My wife is photographer and we've been on many adventures in remote places. I'm trying to arrange music for our YouTube videos listening channel. I'd prefer using instrument and sound loops that I can drag and drop, compose, rearrange and alter. They MUST be completely royalty and license free for commercial monetized use. We don't want to purchase any commercial licenses or subscriptions, at least for now. I need to make sure that I understand what we're buying because we don't want to purchase something and then find out we can't use it. Which Magix program(s) would be best for me to use for this? If I need to, which additional loops and sounds can I purchase and recreate that are royalty and license free WITHOUT having to purchase additional commercial licensing for monetization? A primary drag and drop is probably best, but I also want to have the ability to compose and create some of my own music using MIDI instrument notes drawn in or played, I don't have a Midi controller yet, but am looking at options. Is there download protection for these programs? Can I reinstall them if something goes wrong? How many times can I activate downloads and how many computers can I run on? Should I purchase the backup disk or not? My laptop is an HP running Windows 10, 64 bit, 300 GB free space, 8 GB RAM and Core i7. I've read everything on the Magix website, watched most of the videos, but I still have a lot of unanswered questions and would appreciate any help, thanks.
