Hi

A sessionid is used when accessing web sites as a way of responding to requests from a web browser - presumably you are getting this when you are trying to activate the software on-line?

I would recommend that you un-install again and use the Magix cleaner available here to remove any remnants of the program, then search for any Magix folder left on your computer in c:\Program files or c:\Program files (x86) if Windows 7. and delete it.

Re-install MEP and activate/re-register as necessary.

Please note that it may not have been MEP that crashed your computer you may have an Antivirus or Antispyware program which is interfering with the installation, hence the crash.

John
