What is OpenGL and where do I set it?

Hi,
When using Magix Photostory 7 and trying to export a project in QuickTime, I get the following error message:

"Note: Exporting slideshows with 3D fades in QuickTime format may give rise to errors. To avoid this, make sure that the "OpenGL" 3D fade is selcted in the settings."

What settings? Where? I could not find an option for this in the software!! Is this something to do with the computer settings or what? Thanks.

I can't tell about your specific software.
OpenGL is some kind of driver/standard showing video and graphics. most existing programs use the DirectX standard and not the OpenGL. however some programs, and I think quicktime is one of them, use the OpenGL.
