What happened to my download

It seems to me that my download got lost somewhere in cyber space. My payment was received easily, but somehow getting what I paid for is a problem. Where is my soundpool? If you don't know, then where is my refund????

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff. Hecne, no-one here can give you a refund!

It would be very useful to know exactly which Magix program you have and to which you wish to apply this Soundpool! I'm going to guess it is Music Maker? If it is, have you checked the Downloads tab?
