When I publish my site nothing is displaying in any browser I try to view. I have web designer premium 16.3 and get can't reach this page after publishing

Inevitable question: who is your web host, i.e. exactly "where" are you publishing it?
It is possible that you have not actually uploaded it to the exact folder your host designates. Or, there may be a problem at the host server. Or, you may not have waited long enough for your site to propagate across the internet.

"Website M" which is the web hosting package from Xara Online. When I try to publish it is not working and not sure what I need to do for it to publish and display in the browser
Since you are using the Xara hosting I think you need to use the Support button in the header of every forum page to raise a support ticket (assuming you've checked all the details supplied to you by Xara with reference to the exact upload location for your files, your password, etc., etc.)

In the Page & Layer gallery right click the home page and select Web properties, check that the file name is index as shown below
Web servers expect the homepage file name to be index and if it is not then they cannot deliver the web site to the viewer

John, appreciate the information and yes "index" was there but it just was not publishing. Now my site is publishing and able to view online. Thanks everyone for the assistance.
