I have set up a website by using another company's software. How do I transfer all the information and the pictures from my present website to one I would build using your software without having to re-enter it all

AFAIK you cannot import a complete website eg html pages into Xara Web Designer. You can only import images from an existing HTML page.

Xara Web Designer does not create the web pages until you 'publish' the project - it is at this point that the scripts, and web pages are created in the correct format.
