web hosting service Magix

Hi Folks

I'm having trouble removing my site from Magix web hosting service, i can't make any changes to my site at all.

But more importantly some school children have copied photo's of my grandchildren and are causing offence and abuse online, so wish for my site to be taken down / removed asap.

any help greatly appreciated.

Assuming your site is hosted at Magix-Online world then browse to here, or if with Xara-Online browse to here.

Sign / Log in with your email address and password - this should be the same as for the forum, then

Magix-online:

Under Your Homepage you should see Start WebFTP - click this

In the dialog that opens you can now delete all the files on the server select them then right click and Delete.

.Xara Online:

Select Open webspace

In the dialog that opens you can now delete all the files on the server, select them then right click and Delete.
