Further to what John EB indicated, the templates are available under the Local Designs Gallery by opening the on-line content, but only if you have purchased the program.

I just noticed that you mentioned Web Designer 10. That is very old and there was no on-line catalogue at that time. One did have to purchase the templates separately. IIRC, the on-line catalogue started with version 11 and templates were included with one-year access to the on-line catalogue.

So, which version is it?

I have web designer premium 19 and it is still valid. But I cannot access new templates showing on this page https://www.xara.com/us/web-designer/templates/. Help!

@Jackie-Benson You need to buy the subscription version from Xara to get access to the templates.

The version from Magix comes with templates in the Design Gallery.

I think you need to ask your question direct to Xara Support rather than here in the magix user to user forums.

Since you have the subscription version, which I understand Magix no longer offers, I suspect no-one who posts or visits here regularly will be able to offer you any advice in addition to what @SP. has suggested.

@Jackie-Benson Additionally, you might use the wrong version. Xara products are already at version 23 as far as I know. Magix was at version 19.
