I assume by the term jumpdrive you actually mean a USB Memory Stick or similar. Is that correct? If so, your file, whatever its format (.wav, .flac, .mp3, etc., etc) requires that the computer into which your jumpdrive is plugged has software installed on it that is capable of playing that particular audio file type. What is on your jumpdrive is NOT any sort of player, it is merely the file that a suitable installed player can play.
However, re-reading your post, I wonder whether you are asking if SFAS 13 can play your file. Is that the case? If so, again it will depend upon the format of your audio file. SFAS can certainly play .wav and .mp3 files, I'm not sure about any other format.
