Warning about unlicensed VST plugins

Hi. I use Reason and FL Studio, and I installed some VST plugins to use with them. I had problems with the licensing so I uninstalled them. But when Sound Forge starts up, it seems to find the and warns me that they are unlicensed. I have no idea how Sound Forge is finding these plugins. I want to get rid of them. Help!

Edit: They're not in the VST folders.

Sound Forge ver: 14.0

Strange.. I have never had, or recall reading of that notification in any version of SF (Pro).
That said.. find and delete (or move to a non-VST search folder) the suspect <.dll> VST file(s).
