It is not difficult. I have taken screen shots of my media so you can follow easily.

First go to your Magix Overview then on the left click on My Media tab, next choose Music or else from drop down menu then from various files click on the desired one. On the bottom there is More drop down menu click on it and select delete. You may follow two screen shots.
