Acid 10 Pro- Toontracks EZ Drummer- EZ Keys- windows 10 - all 64 bit

Del PC 1 terabyte ssd c:\

2 terabyte drive

32 gigs of ram

i’ve been running Acid for years- it’s like a well oiled machine on my windows 7 pc I have current version of Acid 10 on there as well.

All 7 of my Toontrack plugins work smoothly.Of course, I had to purchase windows 10- so I got a new pc(see above for configuration)

Acid 10 runs smoothly on this pc as well-

all my Toontrack Plug-ins work well as standalone- but they don’t load as plug ins or soft synths in Acid 10- uninstalled everything and reinstalled multiple times

Went to plug in manager and deleted-

and added file path names many times-

Consulted with Toontracks 3 times.

i know the plug in file paths because they show you them in Toontracks-

the only thing I can think is the file path is mixed up- the path leads to VST then vst3-? Is this a problem? What about 86x? -is that for 32 bit only?

Toontrack is traditionally VST- not VST 3

although their updates I believe are vst3-

not entirely sure-

Dont know what to do now-

any ideas folks? If not, anyone know a pay-for-service expert online? Thank you

John, I answered your question in your last thread. But keep in mind you must look for the Toontracks ' .dll' on the the C drive (program files) NOT the Toontracks Library' Cheers

Hey man, ya, 86x is 32bit only. The only way you can make 32bit plugins work in 64bit is to use jBridge but it is a hit and miss with AcidPro. It may or may not like the bridged file. I avoid bridged plugins in AcidPro as I am risking a major crash.

Thankyou folks! Maxtheschu Thankyou again-

my toontrack library is also on my c drive- I usually store it on a separate drive, but my new pc has a 1 terabyte c drive- Would that make a difference? I will continue to dig and will surely solve this, but its

been a

long one!lol! Ps-

dont worry if you don’t have time to get back- I just appreciate the time and the effort.

thanks john
