Vst Scan

In haste I accidentally scanned my C drive. When I realized it, it was too late. Now when I open Acid, it scans to 100% but freezes at that point. Any ideas? Users, thank you so much for your help.

@brian-johnson Hold CTRL and SHIFT and double click on the ACID program icon. A small window should appear asking you to reset the program settings and to delete the cache. Try this.

Resetting program preferences and deleting the cache didn't fix my problem. Any other suggestions?

Right-click on the application's launch icon.

Select 'Properties'

Add the following command outside of the quotes in the Target field: /NOVSTGROVEL

Select Apply and then OK.

Be sure to include a space between the last quote and the beginning of the command line argument.

I tried both solutions; however, now it scans to 100% and then freezees.
