I'm almost certain that the Free version of MM does not allow the use of any third-party VSTs, sorry.

Thanks for your reply! Does MM Premium allow and include the necessary plug-ins for 3rd party VST's? I have Acid 8, just wondering how comparable an upgrade to Acid 9 would be as opposed to MM Premium...

MM Premium does allow for VSTs to be used. I have quite a large number of them on my computer and all show as available in MM.

I can't answer your question about the upgrade from Acid 8 to 9 since I don't have that software.
