Yes I downloaded them from the store from the left section of my screen I clicked on the curved arrow and after that, I have no idea where what happened

@David-Barselow If I download a Vita Instrument it shows that it is downloading. After the download is finished I need to click on the same button again to install it. After that I can drag and drop it from the instruments tab.

All installed Vita Instruments are listed in the Magix Content and Soundpools uninstaller. I you open Windows Apps and Features and uninstall this program a window will open which will ask you to select the Vita Instruments you want to uninstall. If Bass Machine and the free drums aren't listed there, they're not installed.

Hi I looked in the section you mentioned and this is what I found

@David-Barselow Yes, it looks you didn't install them.

But I did do the Install the only thing I can think of is the controlled folder access may have blocked, but there was no indications regarding any of that happening

what are my options now ?

@David-Barselow Can you show a screenshot of the in-app-store that shows us that you installed Bass Machine and the Free Drumkit?

@David-Barselow This depends on your layout because it is freely configurable. I don't know what your left pane is.

Basically, you need to open the store tab, select Instruments, scroll to Bass Machine, click on the name to open the details about Bass Machine, then you click on the Download button and wait until the download has finished and then you click on the install button.

I took care of it and have them installed thank you for steering me in the right direction
