Volume envelope (cc7) does not work on VSTi tracks.

It pains me to ask this, but has anyone experienced the volume envelope not affecting the actual volume level on a VSTi instrument track? If the VSTi instrument is receiving midi note data from Acid, why would it ignore basic volume control change messages from Acid Pro 11?

@DJ_Leo It depends on the VSTi whether it changes the volume after receiving cc7 messages. Some do, some don't. A lot of VSTi have a MIDI learn function. Maybe you need to first connect the VSTi volume control to cc7.

Thank you--your suggestion to use the "Learn" feature worked (audio was on cc79 for some reason). Thank you for actually helping!
