Please note topics must relate to specific Magix software - you may be able to boost the audio in the editing program you are using - please specify which you are using.

This is a common occurrence with some underwater/waterproof cameras, especially when they are used out of water.

Check that the ports/holes for the microphone are not blocked - do not poke anything into them or use water under pressure to clean them - you may damage the diaphragms inside and render the camera useless under water or damage it.
