Voice speeds

Hello there

I use my Audio Cleaning Lab to record a 2 hour radio programme that I present for an online radio station, I record direct to my hard drive from a 6 channel mixer and 2 cd players....

My problem is that sometimes it records parts at a slower speed, but when I stop and record the section again it's fine, this does not happen all the time, only now and again, it records slower and correctly without me changing any of the settings...Can anyone help sort out this problem...

Thanks very much in advance for your help

Hello there

I use my Audio Cleaning Lab to record a 2 hour radio programme that I present for an online radio station, I record direct to my hard drive from a 6 channel mixer and 2 cd players....

My mixer is a Howland West 6 channel stereo analouge...It is conected to my creative soundblaster by a 5 pin din plug to 2 phono plugs conected to the soundblaster.. which is conected to the PC... Which I convert the WAV file to an MP3,...Each file is about 55 -58 minutes in lenght. record sample rate 44100 on digital discs format...Line(13 USB audio)

My problem is that sometimes it records parts at a slower speed, but when I stop and record the section again it's fine, this does not happen all the time, only now and again, it records slower and correctly without me changing any of the settings...Can anyone help sort out this problem...

Thanks very much in advance for your help

@Richard-Norris

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

You have posted this question twice here, and also to another thread. Why? Please do not create duplicate posts, it only leads to confusion for fellow-users who might wish to offer suggestions to you.

I have hidden your other thread.

In order to have any chance of being able to help you please read this post and give us the full details listed there.

Then exactly which version of ACL do you have? Exactly how is your mixer connected to your computer? What format do you use to record in ACL (sample rate, bit rate, file format)?

The more information you can provide, the more likely you will receive help!
