Hi, they are installed, the problem seems to be that Acis can't find them. I re-installed the program and let it install wherever the default is and yet no cigar
This is frustrating! is there anyone from Magix that can actually answer this and help? Anyone from the tech department? I mean we spend good money updating a software and then this happens! help please!
@Miguel-Ballara Yes, click on the support link at the top of this site and create a support ticket.
But I suspect that you have a user privilege issue with your Windows user account. If the files mentioned above exist, then ACID is running with your user account and isn't allowed to access the files.
